1) Does every card come with a back side?
Yes! Every card comes with a full color design on the back. You may choose how you would like to utilize the back side. Options to consider would be: a full sized photo, a photo collage, additional text, simply continuing the design on the back with nothing else...the ideas are endless!

2) Is it cheaper if I only print on one side of the card?
No. The price is the same, even if you decide you want to keep the back white.

3) If the card I select only shows one photo on it, may I add more?
Yes. You may change the layout of the card design by adding as many or as few photos as you wish.

Yes. Every card order will come with white envelopes

5) How do I send my pictures to you?
Please email your photos as high resolution jpeg images to info@Send-sations.com.

6) If I don't see exactly what I'm looking for, do you create a custom designs?
Absolutely! On the order form, simply select Custom Design and then use the Personalized Information box to include specifics as to what you are wanting. We will work with you to create your perfect announcement or invitation!

7) If I do not like the font that is used on the card, can it be changed?
Yes. All of the fonts, wording, colors, and layouts can be changed for no additional cost.

8) Do you offer paper upgrades?
Yes! For an additional fee, the standard, Semi-gloss card stock may be upgraded to finer cover stocks such as Linen and Pearl.

9) What is Color Selection?
For an additional $10, we offer Color Selection. In this process, we turn your photo into black and white and then you tell us what additional color from the original image you would like to have stand out. Please refer to the before and after pictures below as an example:

10) Do you offer reprints if I realize that I did not order enough cards/invitations?
Yes. We keep our designs on file for 6 months after the order is finalized. We're happy to do reprints; however, orders must be requested in increments of 25. Please email us directly to place this order at info@Send-sations.com.

11) How long will it take to receive my cards/invitations
Proof: within 1-2 business days you will receive your first proof. If you do not receive your proof within this time frame, please check your spam/junk email folder. If it is not there, please email us immediately, at info@Send-sations.com, so we can remedy the problem.
Printing: 2-3 business days
Mailing: 1-2 business days after cards are received from the lab

12) How will my photo cards be shipped?
We ship our products Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days for delivery. We do offer express shipping if you need your order faster, for an extra charge. Insurance is also offered, as well as highly recommended, as we are not responsible for orders that do not get to you due to being lost in the mail.

13) Can I use professional photos?
The only way that a professional photo can be used is if you provide us with a release from the photographer. By submitting the release to us, you take full responsibility for the copyrights of the photo.

14) Can I change a Holiday Card to a Birth Announcement?
Yes! All of our cards are interchangeable! You may pick any of our designs and we can change the colors, wording, or layout to fit what you are looking for. Tell us the name of design that you like and we will make it your unique card!

15) May I send you more than one photo if I can’t decide which one to use?
YES! You can send us 2 or 3 extra, but if you have a preference as to which one we use, please let us know.

16) May I see more than one completed design if I am having trouble picking one?
Please try to select only one design. Once you decide on one, you will have unlimited proofs until you are completely satisfied with the end result. If you are set on seeing more than one, there will be a $10 fee per new design.

17) Can I get a hard copy of my proof before I approve it?
No. We only use digital proofs at this time.

18) Once I receive my custom proof, may I make changes to it?
Absolutely! This is your opportunity to make sure you are completely satisfied with your design. If you would like something changed, simply let us know and we will send you an updated proof.

19) What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal, as well as any debit cards bearing these logos. We will begin working on your order after your payment clears.

20) What is your privacy policy?
Send-Sations values your privacy as much as you do. We will never rent, trade or sell your information. In addition, we do not handle the credit card processing. Payments are all processed through PayPal, a secure and trusted site!
